We used a tool from Performance Technology Inc. (PTI). It did a fairly ok job, although some of the step conversions were pretty brain-dean. But, the code WORKED after it was converted, no other changes were absolutely necessary. We just went in and cleaned them up a bit. The tool was called PTI*Converter, I believe.
