Opportunities in the Meiko MPP Oracle porting team

Meiko UK, based in Bristol, is now seeking high quality software engineers to join the in-house team responsible for continuing development of its highly successful Massively Parallel Oracle platform.

The skill set required includes (ideally) experience of porting Oracle, or deep familiarity with Oracle internals, in a Unix environment.  Good experience of Unix internals would be a big plus. Since we are unlikely to find exactly this, feel free to apply if you think you can offer a reasonable compromise.

Salaries are Competitive, and the compensation package includes a car, free food, BUPA, non-contributory pension, and membership of a company bonus scheme. The work environment is enlightened, and does not include a dress code or fixed working hours.
