I would suggest a look at Brio Technology's DataEdit. Apple's Developers Support Group has been using this technology since Dec. 91 thru a consulting project with Brio. I have no first hand knowledge of this work, I just think Brio's product are pretty cool (besides I'm a field support puke.)
