GUI interfaces on MAC's

Could anybody assist in listing the GUI programming tools availble
on the MAC's which are able to access an Oracle Database (on Unix). A lot of
them e.g. (Uniface) appear to be vapourware.
If somebody could comment on a successful implementation using one
of these tools, that would be great.
Is Forms4 on MAC's far off being a serious contender?
I am asking this question on behalf of a friend who MUST provide GUI on MAC's with Oracle on Suns and will waste megabucks if given shonky advice.
