I am looking for a C compiler to run with an Oracle database running
under MS-DOS. This database is NOT compatible with Windows. According
to the Oracle documentation the only C compiler supported is
Microsoft's.
Astonishgly, Microsoft told me they no longer sell any C compiler for
MS-DOS. If you don't want to run under Windows, too bad.
If anyone wants to sell their outdated Microsoft C compiler (6.0 or
higher, 7.0 preferred), I'm interested.
Also, if anyone knowledgable in Oracle has any ideas on how to run Pro*C
with an MS-DOS Oracle database, I'd like to hear them.
