Software Metrics and Oracle*CASE ?

I am trying to find out what Software Metrics can be derived from Oracle*Case. I know that v 5.1 of the dictionary is supposed to provide Function Point Analysis. I would like to know if anybody has attempted to derive FPA or any other metrics from the CASE dictionary using the user extensibility or via other means.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
