Financials Rollback Segment Problem

Has anyone tried to manage the rollback segment requirements of the GLOOAP module of Oracle Financials (RDBMS 6.0.34.3.2 Fin 9.3.7)? This is the program the opens a new accounting period.
The program is requiring in excess of 70 MB of rollback space, but the documentation says to have at least 6 rollback segments based on our user level. Can you imagine having 420 MB (6 * 70MB) of rollbacks for a 800MB database?
Oracle says the GLOOAP module cannot take advantage of 6.0.36 selection feature. Received on Fri Aug 20 1993 - 04:14:17 CEST
