Let's setup a training database for the Net

Folks,
I perceive a need for a machine to be set up for training purposes.
We could load it up with Oracle V6 and Oracle7. We could load it up with numerous examples of using Oracle tools. We could load it up with on-line tutorials. We could let you login to the machine and get experience.
So, how will we make this happen?
Some possibilities are listed below:
Where is the machine?
-I have a couple of SPARC Stations with 2Gbytes of disk. They are not
on Internet (yet). I do have one dial-in modem.
-Perhaps a University, or Corporation with a big heart could help us
out with a machine that has more cpu horsepower, more disk space, and
an Internet connection (this option reminds me of the time I went to
my Dad and asked, "Can I borrow the station wagon to take 7 friends
and myself to the ZZ Top concert?").
-Maybe even Oracle would help us out with a machine. They could load
up the machine with demos that customers could use to help them
evaluate possible purchases. They could even charge for it. Here is
their big opportunity to charge customers for listening to a sales
pitch (I'm just joking).
-We could pool resources and rent/lease a decent sized machine.
Where is the Oracle license?
-Again maybe Oracle would help us out.
-We could pool resources and get on a payment plan with Oracle. Also Oracle
offers a lease plan (imagine that, leasing software).
-Perhaps one of you has a license paid for but not being used (if it's
RDBMS 3.0.1.5.6.7, I'm not interested).
Where is the Sys. Admin?
-Me; I'll volunteer
Where is the DBA?
-You; I'll volunteer you
Is this idea just another pipe dream?
-Maybe/Maybe not; compare this idea to what Oracle charges for a week
of training.
If any of you folks out there (Oracle employees too) can help us hurdle these obstacles, please drop me a note.
-Dan
