Michael,
  Nobody in the U.S. can help you here, because it is a felony offense for U.S. companies to export software than encrypts communication traffic (including LAN traffic). There is a US$500,000 fine and 6 year prison sentance for people who violate the export restrictions.   The U.S goverment makes these restrictions because otherwise the CIA can't spy on what is going on overseas....
