SET ROLLBACK SEGS and PL/SQL and COMMITS

I'm using the "SET TRANSACTION USE ROLLBACK SEGMENT" command just before the define and execute of a PL/SQL block in an SQL file. If I do a commit in the middle of the PL/SQL block do I then lose the rollback segment and start possibly using a different one for the rest of the PL/SQL block?
