I am using OCI from a 'C' program to Oracle V6 (on Sun4s) (via a TCP/IP SQL*Net link, not that it should make any difference).
I use ODEFIN's optional 'retl(address)' argument to nominate a location to receive "the actual lenght of the returned column" after each OFETCH. This seems to work fine.
Now I want to OFEN rather than OFETCH, to get multiple rows. Is there any way to nominate an array of 'retl(address)' variables? Please say "yes" and tell me how (or sympathise and say there oughta be :-)
Paul
