Would you buy Sybase comm products? why not? [product planning]

oracle users -

the question: would you buy Sybase comm products to enable a toolset to reach your ORACLE database?

price? price isn't a real issue because the connectivity ships as part of the toolset.

bias, past experience, administrative and contractual issues are key.

this issue feeds directly into a product planning cycle.
