SQL*NET TCP/IP and LAN WORKPLACE (convert.exe)?

Hello,

I'm trying to get SQLTCP working with Novell's Lan Workplace on a DOS Machine. I've heard there might be a file (convert.exe) that makes Lan Workplace look like prolinc (FTP's PCTCP Driver).

SQLTCP 1.1.6.3
LWP TCP/IP v4.1

If so, where can I get this file?
If not, I need another version of SQLTCP to talk to LWP?
