Of course Oracle will tell you that they have the RTSS (Real Time Support
System) where such stuff can probably be found. The problem is that it
is only available by dialling in, and not through the Internet. In our
company modems on desks are seriously frowned upon, but a firewall passthru
to the internet is provided. This leaves me the option of not using RTSS or
funding a multibillion dollar company by dialing in from home (ha ha ha).
