The problem is that password is not directly available from Forms but, as long as the form is called from SQL*Menu, that can be solved. In Menu, assign the menu variable PW to a global variable before calling the form. In the form, name the global variable when calling the C program.
You'll need to be careful to make sure that the global variable gets erased.
I've used this technique to run most of the Oracle utilities as well as C
programs.
