Problems getting OS/2 Server to work

I have installed the ORACLE Server for OS/2 version 2.0 and I am having problems getting the SPXSRV working. It fails with a trap 00d. I followed the instructions and have successfully got the SQLDBA STARTUP to work, when it comes to starting the listening task by specifying SPXSRV I get a trap 00d immediately. Any ideas? Does anybody have this working on OS/2 2.1 GA with the Novell requester?
