I set up the CASE Tools and gave users access to applications for one dictionary
instance. The dictionary has multiple applications with many users assigned
to each application. However, this causes problems when a user generates a
form and the other user wants access to the SQL Form application. For instance,
username 'TOM' uses the Generator for SQL Forms to generate SQL Forms application
'TEST'. Now, application 'TEST' resides in the SQL Forms repository for username
'TOM'. If username 'MARY' wants access to application 'TEST' she must generate
the application again or read the .FRM file. This could cause inconsistencies
in the applications. Is there a better way to set this up? Should I set up a
generic username of each application? Any insight into this subject would be
appreciated.
Thanks!!!
