SQL FORMS 3.0 NOT REALEASING MEMORY WHY?

Using SQL FORMS 3.0.16.4.1 on HP9000/720 under HP-UX 8.07 with PL/SQL Version 01.00.32.03.01 and ORACLE RDBMS V6.0.33.1.2.

Problem:

Form A calls form B using CALL('B',no_hide). Form B grabs memory and when it exits with an EXIT_FORM it does not release the memory. In fact so far the only way we have found to release the memory is to exit right out of SQL FORMS 3.0.

Further if Form A calls form B again. Form B graps more memory. Eventually an ORACLE error occurs such as INVALID CURSOR.

By the way by "grab memory" we are talking about 10 megabytes per call.

Note both Form A and Form B use reference procedures and the memory useage goes up with each procedure call.

Is there any way to force ORACLE to release the memory without exiting the process?

Any help would be appreciated.
