ORACLE 7.0.12/7.0.13 - Why move?

We are currently in the process of looking at ORACLE 7.0.13 on VAX/VMS. We have installed 7.0.12 on a development database and would like to know:
- If anyone else is running this hardware/software combination
- What advantages 7.0.13 has over 7.0.12
- Any disadvantages/bugs/restrictions with 7.0.13
