      I think we have to be more specific here. Just saying "PC" is not
      good enough as some have pointed out.  I think when some say "PC"
      they mean "MS-DOS".    OS/2, UNIX and Netware all run on "PCs" and
      I'm most positive Oracle will have v7 RDBMS on each one.  As one
      person pointed out, you can get a "PC" with 128 Megs of Ram and
      28 Gb of hard disk.  This is larger than many Sun and HP workstations.
      If you look in the trade press, they will still call this a "PC"
      because it uses a 486 processor. 

      Now the tools are a different story.  All of the new tools will run
      on DOS/Windows first I believe.
