NOT JUST TUNING -- ARE THERE ANY GOOD BOOKS THAT CAN BE USED AS REFERENCE
FOR DBA FUNCTIONALITY (STARTUP, SHUTDOWN, RECOVERY) NETWORKING VIA SQL*NET,
FORMS, ETC. THE KOCH BOOK (ORACLE 7) IS GREAT AS FAR AS IT GOES, EXCEPT
IT DOESN'T GO NEARLY FAR ENOUGH
