Easy*SQL with Forms V.3.0. Can it be done ?

G'day,
As the subject line says, can one use Easy*SQL with SQL*Forms V.3.0. ??? I have tired to get it running on our system, but it will not print out. I keeps on giving the error of "Message file ORA_SQLFORMS:iac<lang>.MSB not found!". Any ideas on how to fix this, or is it that Easy*SQL only works with SQL*Forms 2.3 ?
