forms3.0 resource files

Hi,
when I run sqlforms30(forms3.0.16), one error is encountered. "no such device to application map at386 in terminal resource file oraterm.r"
It will be appreciated if anyone can tell me what I should do to the resource files or to do with ora*terminal?
Does any special things have to be remembered while running the FORMS3.0?
