Can Oracle on a VAX speak DECNet *and* TCP/IP at the same time?

We are about to buy Oracle for the VAX and wanted to check w/ other folks in a similar boat who may be doing this already. Is it straightforward to have the Oracle server on the VAX speak to both DEC-Net and TCP/IP clients? We have ARC-INFO software on our Suns that is supposed to be able to speak w/ an Oracle server on a VAX.
