Yes we have been using DBA*MAster for about 1 1/2 years now and have found it
useful for monitoring over a short period of time ie in terms of hours and
days.
It is not a product that monitors the database real-time.
The report that it produces are very useful. They now have a Windows version
of
the product as well.

Yes and you also need Forms 2.3 or Forms 3. If you have a dedicated machine
or
need to monitor a remote database, then you need SQL*Net as well.

Make sure you have LOTS of filestore and your Tablespace large if you want to
keep historical information. I mean LOTS. Purging of historical data is a
CPU
and I/O hog on the machine, thus a dedicated server.
