I've heard of a user group starting in Louisville, KY. However, I do not know who to contact.

The Indiana Oracle Users Group (INOUG) was formed around 1987. Our next meeting is June 9, 1993, at Eli Lilly Corporate Center, Indianapolis, Indiana.
