We are using ORACLE RDBMS V6.0.33.1.1, SQL*FORMS 3.00.16.07.01 on SunOS 4.1.1 and we also get spontaneous core dumps when generating forms using the sqlforms30 tool.

Oracle is sending me patch 6, but I didn't get a lot of confidence from tech support that this would be the solution.
