Transaction benchmarks

Hi:

Can someone please help me find the specifications of the various "standard transactions" that are often touted when quoting benchmark figures.

I need to know exactly WHAT constitutes a transaction in terms of sizes of relations, indexes on them, number of tuples affected in the transaction etc. etc.
