At the risk of being wrong, and judging by an outdated copy of SQL*NET (version 1.1), it supports 4 TCP/IP stacks:

  FTP Software (my favorite)
  Wollongong
  Excellan
  PC-NFS The newest versions are numbered 1.2.7 and my update is on the way.
