Wellllll, sheeeeeeeet! I'm using Sybase and recreate Tom's output . . .

Do you want the multiple/identical rows returned, or not?

If not, since each of the duplicate rows are, in fact, exact duplicates you could put the keyword 'distinct' right after the word 'select'. Has anyone tried grouping the results????

Or is the question here to explain why different RDBMSs return different results? :-(
