    I can't believe that anyone would reinvent this wheel, already invented     by many. Do you know accounting? And moreover, have you ever seen a     computerized accounts receivable system? I would recommend viewing     someone's A/R system assuming you don't have the $$$ to pay someone     (consultant) to help you.
