Window Enhanced Mode & Oracle OCI/Pro*C

All OCI-calls seems to be working when running Enhanced-Mode Windows, except
orlon and olon. I personally think this limits my access to the database.
Q: Which versions of Oracle OCIs works 100% in Enhanced Mode?
(The errors in the OCI-calls manifests itselves by overwriting callees adress-space)
