VT320 Terminfo definitions

I would appreciate any help on the following: I have connected DEC VT-320 terminals to a Sun SPARC IPX using an Sbus board and am running various ORACLE applications (SQL*Forms, SQL*Menu,etc.) on the VT320. However, in the /etc/termcap database and /usr/share/lib/terminfo/v directory there is no definition for the VT320. Hence, when I runthe applications, the required special characters do not show up (replaced by other characters). What I would need are the definitions for the VT320 to place in the ttytab file.
