How Good are PowerBulder, SQL Windows etc...

Hi Netters,

   We are Looking into application development Tools like PowerBuilder, SQLWindows etc. to develop applications against ORACLE database. We would like to get some input regarding capabilities, limitations etc. of such packages from developers who have used them. Specifically we are looking for

   i) Ease of application Development
  ii) Reliability and Robustness of the products
 iii) Technical Support available from PowerSoft, Guptas etc.
  iv) Ability to aceess databases over SQL*Net ( using TCP/IP )
   v) Capabilities to produce Graphic output ( like drawing graphs, Charts
      etc.)
  vi) Any other critical features you may think of.

 vii) Do they Support ORACLE 7.0 and 6.0 ? viii) Performance of Applications Developed
