References in SQL*FORMS

I have used the "REFERENCE" feature of SQL*FORMS 3.0. While specifying
the reference you have to give the username of the form owner in the
database. The problem I have is - When I try to generate a form
from another oracle username the generate command fails. Is there
something I'm missing?


How can I store a form with common objects in the database and let
other users reference this form.
