good books for a starter on oracle

Hi fellow netters,
This is my first posting on a newsgroup, so please pardon my mistakes. I am graduate student in industrial engg. I am interested in learning oracle. I want someone on the net to suggest some good books on oracle for a beginner. I am interested in learning it.
