iView is a product of Independance Technologies, Fremont CA, 510-438-2055. They have a nice set of OLTP delelop tools (C++) that work with Tuxedo, Top-End, and I think Encina, along with Informix, Oracle, and maybe Sybase databases. Haven't talked to them in a while, but it was good stuff last time I looked (~1 year ago).
