I have received the following corrupt data block error from Oracle running v6.x.x on a NeXTCube (NeXTSTEP 3.0, BSD/Mach).

I was wondering what suggestions may be recommended to me in efforts to correct this problem. Will I end up dumping the data and table and recreating the tablespace. I would like some more insight into this problem before I contact Oracle directly. Thanks in advance for your recommendations.
