SQL*Forms support for ORACLE7

Our local Oracle representatives have stated a number of times that SQL*Forms 2.3 is supported with ORACLE7. (Including today, while wrapping up the ORACLE7 DBA Update course, and during the ORACLE7 roll-out presentations.) The instructor was going to look into it.

I was quick to point out that 50% of users here in Vancouver still use 2.3. This is a non-trivial conversion which will prove to be quite a stumbling block for a lot of shops. Especially true as they have been stating that it is possible to stick with 2.3.

I personally hope that we can beta 4.0 so we can avoid converting to 3.0.
