Forms 3.0 supports both Oracle RDBMS version 6 and Oracle7.

In fact, beginning with SQL*Forms 3.0.16.10, we have added the ability for your Forms PL/SQL procedures and triggers to directly invoke stored procedures from an Oracle7 database.

Full details on this are provided in the README file which comes with Forms 3.0.16.10 and greater.
