        I think you mean SQL*Reportwriter V2. Forms 4.0 is NOT in beta on ANY platform (character mode or otherwise) at this point. We are in alpha which includes both character mode and bitmap runform (aka runform/runmenu) as well as a bitmap designer (you use the same designer for both forms and menus). The character mode designer will be available at Beta.

        As I said before, we were demoing the Alpha version of forms 4.0 (bitmap and character mode) at IOUW on VMS, SUN, Windows 3.1 and Macintosh.
