ORACLE exports

Is there a limit on the number of tables that can be specified to export when performing an export from ORACLE areas? I have discovered a problem with some exports that I was automatically performing.
The ORACLE version is 6.0.31.0.1, running on an RS/6000 AIX Version 3.2. I have an sql script that generates a "PARFILE" that contains a file name to store the export in, followed by a series of table names. I have found that only the first 98 tables actually get exported. The export routine does not indicate an error, in fact it says that the export terminated successfully.
