I'm running release 6.0.30 and I'm having problems with running out of semaphores on my machine. Part of the problem may be just not having enough, since I periodically add new databases to our suite of DBs. But it looks as though part of the problem is that Oracle is, at times, not properly releasing it's semaphores.
Has anyone else had this problem?
