Any experience/guidelines in SQL*Forms3.0/SQL*Menu5.0 in OPEN LOOK

We have been using SQL*Forms3.0 and SQL*Menu5.0 for sometimes. Now we are planning to convert our applications with bit-mapped facilities.
I wonder if anybody has done this before and what the experiences are.
Please mail me your experiences and guidelines that I have to follow to complete the conversion.
