Help ! Oracess Access problem.

        currently I am developing an application of 4d with oracle, I realize if I can allocate several context area, then I can program more easily. But the oracle access manual really confuses me,

        this is what it said : (p.A-5)
        All open context areas are *closed* prior to COMMITing the work

        but the fact is I can use the same context area after commit,

this bother me because if I depend on it ( I might depend on it a lot ) then it may be incompatible with future version ( since it does not conform to what document said .) It also maybe possible I mistake the *close* action, does it mean deallocate ? what happens if I use it after commit, does it has some side effect ?

        I will appreciate any reply.
