Oracle Professional V6 availability & problems

Yesterday, I tried to purchase Oracle Professional V6 for one of our MS/DOS+Windows 3.1 PCs. Not only was it hard to find a dealer who actually sold it, but the only one I could find told me that he could not sell Oracle to me because Oracle Corp. stopped shipping Oracle Professional because of new bugs just discovered...

I was a bit surprised, so my questions are:

+ Is Oracle Profressional V6 actually available?
+ Is it buggy? (with MS/DOS 5, with Windows 3.1, ...)
+ If it is available, where to buy it at the best price...
