You must have the ORAKITPATH variable set in your environment. Suggest it
include the following as a starter:
$ORACLE_HOME/oraterm/admin/resource:$ORACLE_HOME/forms30/admin/resource
and use the general form $ORACLE_HOME/oracle_product_name/admin/resource for other products.
