RPT and DEC (DCL com files)

Is there anyone out there in the DEC VAX world who still uses RPT/RPF and DCL com files to run them?
If someone has an example of a com file that a parameter is passed to it, could you mail it to me? We are having trouble getting our RPT file to accept the parameter passed to it. It totally ignores it and runs then brings up no records.
