    Howdy,

I am having some problems with oracle.boot reading the distribution     for other products..after initially reading install and bin.

We had a disk crash and so have to install ORACLE again. I dont     suppose reading the tapes for the second time should make any     difference....and there is definitely no problem with the tape     drive since we've tried it on a different tape drive and got     the same error........
The boot.log file is as below.
I'l be glad if anyone out there could suggest what can be     done to go ahead with the installation...     I am installing it on a Sun Sparcstation II.

Please reply to nakkala_at_neuron.cs.tamu.edu     or nakkala_at_neuron.tamu.edu

    Thanks.
