How to find out holder of a DDL Lock on table ?

Is there a simple way (or a complex way) to find out holder of a DDL lock on a table. monitor does not seem to give any indication of DDL Lock.

also can I easily get a report like

table_name type_of_locks users_holding_locks

monitor screen seems to be giving only numbers.

BTW I use Oracle 6.0.33+ on AT&T unix.

Also can somebody explain all types of latches that appear when I select 'LA' in monitor.
